Dao Ho

Dao Ho is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in advanced analytics and model development. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Albertsons Companies since March 2021, Dao previously held similar positions at GAC R&D Center Silicon Valley and ITG. At the GAC R&D Center, Dao led the engineering of core products focused on early detection of defective batteries. At ITG, significant contributions included enhancing model accuracy for trading impact and productionizing forecasting models for institutional clients. Earlier experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University involved sophisticated data analysis and algorithm development. Dao Ho earned a PhD in Physics and a Master's degree from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Physics and Computer Science from Old Dominion University.
