Gregg Maxwell

Gregg Maxwell is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in retail accounting and financial management. Since January 2015, Gregg has served as Group Vice President NASC and Controller at Albertsons, overseeing all retail accounting processes for an $80 billion company with 2,300 stores and leading the strategic direction of a Shared Services Center. Prior to this role, Gregg was Group Vice President NASC, Controller Retail Accounting at Safeway from January 2001 to January 2015, managing financial processes for a $43 billion company with 1,600 stores. Earlier in the career, Gregg held positions at The Dial Corporation from 1983 to 2001, including Assistant Controller for Specialty Personal Care and Director of Finance for International, focusing on financial controls and processes for operations in the U.S. and abroad. Gregg holds an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Accounting from San Diego State University.
