Kim Dao

Kim Dao possesses extensive experience in instructional design and learning management across various industries. Currently, Kim serves as the Senior Manager for Supply Chain & Manufacturing Learning and Retail Learning at Albertsons Companies, positions held since June 2021. Prior to this, Kim held multiple roles at Taco Bell as a Contract Instructional Designer and spent several years at Advantage Solutions in learning and organizational development, corporate communications, and human resources. Kim's career began at the University of California, Irvine, as a House Assistant and includes early work as an Office Clerk at Flatiron Construction Corp. Educationally, Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literary Journalism from UC Irvine and a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton.
