Kimberly Hilser

Kimberly Hilser is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Albertsons Companies since March 2022, Kimberly has previously held significant positions at Aramark from 1996 to 2022, including Director of HR Shared Services and Human Resources Director. In these roles, Kimberly led HR teams, supported large employee bases, and implemented strategic HR initiatives aligned with corporate culture and regulatory requirements. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a focus on Human Resources Management from The Wharton School.
