Mark G. Bodner

Mark G. Bodner is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at Albertsons Companies since January 2023, providing strategic guidance on pharmacy and health-related projects. Previously, Mark held the position of Managing Counsel for Health & Wellness at Walmart from October 2012 to November 2022, overseeing a legal team and advising on various healthcare issues including pharmacy, optometry, and health equity. Mark's earlier career includes significant roles at the Florida Office of the Attorney General, where responsibilities included establishing the Complex Civil Enforcement Bureau and supervising investigations within the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. Additionally, Mark served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, representing the federal government in healthcare fraud cases, and worked as an Assistant Attorney General focusing on civil healthcare fraud and general civil litigation.
