Wendy S. O'Hearn is an experienced educator with a strong background in elementary education, currently serving as an Elementary Library Teacher, Tutor, and Long Term Substitute Teacher at Albion Central School since September 1996. Wendy holds a Master of Science in Elementary Education and Human Development from SUNY Brockport and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching/Psychology from Roberts Wesleyan University. In addition to their teaching roles, Wendy has served as a Board of Assessment member for the Town of Albion from 2012 to 2017, where responsibilities included reviewing requests and grievances from taxpayers. Wendy has also supervised numerous student teachers in various district settings at both Roberts Wesleyan College and the State University of New York College at Brockport. Prior to these roles, Wendy was a tenured Elementary Teacher at Brockport Central School District from 1987 to 1995.
