Keith Segear

Keith Segear, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Albireo Energy, focusing on accelerating growth, building global capacity, enhancing workforce engagement, and advancing ESG initiatives. Prior to this role, Keith held various HR positions at KELLER, Industrial Technologies Group, and USG, overseeing HR functions, employee relations, and safety management. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology Business Option and a Master's degree in Human Resources & Employee Relations from Penn State University.
