Lisa Needle

Lisa Needle is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and strategy development. Since June 2011, Lisa has served as a Partner - Analyst at Albourne America, while also contributing as a Finance Committee member at La Jolla Country Day School since August 2008. Previously, Lisa held notable positions at the San Diego County Employees Retirement Association (SDCERA) from September 2004 to May 2011, including Acting Chief Investment Officer, where substantial achievements included directing the transition of over $5 billion in assets and implementing comprehensive risk management processes. Earlier experience includes roles as an Investment Officer at SDCERA and a Portfolio Management Assistant at Nicholas Applegate Capital Management. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA in Finance from San Diego State University.
