Riaz Adamjee

Riaz Adamjee is a Partner with the firm's Health Solutions practice. He advises clients in strategy, implementation, technology, and governance with expertise in large, complex multinational projects. He oversees the operations of the firm’s Health Solutions work.

Previously, Mr. Adamjee was Director at Harvard Medical International, where he advised major medical institutions around the world on strategy, operations, technology, implementation, and business development, all with a focus on improving healthcare outcomes. He oversaw all operations for the collaboration between Dubai HealthCare City and Harvard Medical International, which included the design, development, and oversight of a primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary care healthcare system with the close integration of the clinical, education, and research components.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Adamjee served as a management consultant where he advised Fortune 500, mid-size, start-up, and non-profit entities on growth strategies, program delivery, operations, technology, and change management. Most recently, he was a Senior Client Partner with Revenue Architects, and earlier in his career he served as the Boston Operations and Delivery Manager (General Manager) for Viant, Inc. and a Managing Associate with CSC Index.

He received an M.S. degree in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from MIT.

He is based in Boston.
