Tiffany Wong is a Director in the China practice at ASG, where she works with clients to navigate complex policy environments across a range of industries in China. She has expertise in China's cyber governance regime and cyber and data security framework, as well as in geopolitical risks affecting clients in the U.S., Europe, and China.
Prior to joining ASG, she was the Head of Cyber and Digital Policy at Sinolytics, where she advised companies facing political and regulatory challenges in China. Before that, Ms. Wong worked as a research analyst at a variety of institutions in Europe and the U.S., including the Mercator Institute for China Studies and Wethington International, where she analyzed political, economic, and technological trends in China’s domestic and foreign policy. She also worked in Shanghai and Hong Kong in grant management and human resources.
Ms. Wong holds an M.A. in International Economics and China Studies from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Chicago. She is a native speaker of Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese and is also conversational in Italian and German.
She is based in Washington, D.C.
