Sarah Carter

Sarah Carter is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in building and scaling recruiting functions across various industries, including healthcare, technology, and finance. Currently serving as the sole recruiter for Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless since December 2022, Sarah has developed comprehensive recruiting strategies and operations. As the founder and recruiter of The Development Project, Sarah has successfully partnered with 12 rapidly scaling startups. Previous experience includes roles at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, where Sarah led a global recruiting team, and Metamarkets, where Sarah established the entire recruiting function. Sarah's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
