Shubhangi Dubey has a diverse work experience in various organizations and roles. In 2018, they interned at both the Global Shapers Community and Fields of View. At the Global Shapers Community, they worked on a project mapping public infrastructure in slums to identify gaps in amenities provided by the Municipal Corporation. In 2019, Dubey worked as a Research Assistant at the Gujarat Mahila Housing Sewa Trust, where they developed research tools, provided data analysis support, and contributed to climate change projects in marginalized communities. In 2020, they worked as a Researcher at BehanBox, conducting qualitative research in Haryana on the role of healthcare workers during the pandemic and analyzing and visualizing data for reports. Dubey then joined Sattva Consulting in 2021 as a Data Coordinator, where they assisted in devising performance tracking mechanisms and led impact assessments for clients. Shubhangi also worked as an Analyst at the Quality Council of India (QCI) from 2021 to 2023, consulting for the Ministry of Home Affairs and coordinating with various ministries on national issues. Currently, Dubey holds the position of Project Manager at Access Livelihoods.
Shubhangi Dubey completed their Master of Science (MS) in Economics from Symbiosis School of Economics, from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a field of study in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Lucknow, spanning from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a certification in Behavioural Economics from Symbiosis School of Economics in February 2018, and also received a Certificate of Presentation for a paper titled "Measuring the Ethnic and Political Diversity and their Impact on Economic Growth of India" from BITS Pilani K K Birla Goa Campus in the same month and year.
