Mitch Bowling

Mitch Bowling is the current CEO of ALC Schools. Prior to this, they served as the Chairman of the Board for Renters Warehouse from April 2020 to June 2021. Mitch was also the CEO of Sears Home Services from November 2017 to April 2020.

Mitch has extensive experience in leadership and transforming businesses. Under their guidance, Renters Warehouse became America’s largest full-service property management and investment services company for Single-Family Rental homes. Mitch also spearheaded operational improvements that led to increased productivity and profits for Sears Home Services.

In addition, Mitch successfully oversaw and implemented an omni-channel marketing strategy that included five exclusive marketplace brands across multiple advertising mediums. Mitch's dedication to their work and ability to produce results has made him a respected leader in the business community.

Mitch Bowling attended Hinton High School in Hinton, WV and went on to earn their BA in Business Administration and Management from Marshall University. Mitch later completed an Executive Development Program at The Wharton School.
