Alcanna
Kyla Newton is a seasoned retail professional with extensive management experience, currently serving as General Manager at ALCANNA since March 2019. Previous roles include Sales Consultant at Revera Inc. and District Manager for Town Shoes Limited, where Kyla also held the position of General Manager for The Shoe Company. Earlier experience includes Store Manager positions at American Eagle Outfitters, David's Bridal, H&M, and Foot Locker, where Kyla progressed through ranks from sales associate to manager. Further foundational experience was gained at Matrix Wiring Ltd as an apprentice and at Jacob Connexion, starting as Assistant Manager before becoming Store Manager. Kyla holds an Electrical Apprentice degree from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, completed in 2005.

ALCANNA (and their predecessor companies) has been a leader in the retail liquor industry since 1993. In September 2004, they became the first liquor store income trust in Canada and later converted to a corporation in 2010 as Liquor Stores N.A. Ltd.
