Svp, Strategy at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise

Charles Matthews has extensive experience in executive roles, particularly in the technology industry. Charles most recently worked at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where they served as the SVP of Strategy, responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for networking products and services worldwide. Charles also played a key role in negotiating strategic partnerships and driving the growth of a new wireless product line. Prior to this, Charles served as the SVP of North America Sales & Services, where they successfully expanded sales revenue in key industries through restructuring and securing major wins. Additionally, they held the positions of VP of Global Service & Support and VP of Global Customer Care, where they led large international teams and achieved significant revenue figures. Earlier in their career, they were the Senior Director of Global Customer Services and Director of Training and Publications, where they demonstrated their ability to improve customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs. Currently, Charles serves as an Advisor at AdvisoryCloud.

Charles Matthews attended Harvard University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law. Charles then enrolled in the Executive Program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management and completed it in 2018.
