Majdi Hayouni

Majdi Hayouni has extensive experience in technical support and management within the telecommunications sector. Since June 2017, Majdi has served as the Business Technical Support Team Manager at ThinkTel Communications, a division of Distributel, having progressed through roles as Team Lead and Specialist in the same department. Prior to this, Majdi worked at Distributel as a Technical Support Specialist and at Groupe Yellow Inc. as an IT Helpdesk Technician. Early career experience includes studying at CDI College, where Majdi earned an A.E.C in network management specializing in security, after completing a degree in Information Technology and Communication with a specialization in Electronics and Computing at the Institut supérieur d'informatique et mathématiques.
