Herve Cretin

Herve Cretin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pre-sales and technical support within the telecommunications and IT sectors. Since April 2013, Cretin serves as a Pre-sales Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, specializing in Unified Communication, Contact Center, LAN, and Wifi solutions. Cretin has been with Alcatel-Lucent since April 2000, holding various roles such as Pre-Sales Engineer/Solution Architect for the APAC region, Asia Pacific Technical Support Manager, and Team Leader/Validation Project Manager. Prior to this, Cretin worked as a Software Engineer at Philips Car Systems from 1996 to 1999. Cretin holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communications as well as an Ingenieur degree in Telecommunications from INSA Lyon, where studies were completed between 1990 and 1995.
