Maxime Dubourg

Maxime Dubourg is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Group Senior Legal Counsel at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise since April 2015. Prior to this role, Maxime held the position of Group Senior Legal Counsel at Faurecia from January 2012 to March 2015, where significant contributions were made to the automotive equipment industry. Maxime's legal expertise was further developed as Legal Manager France at Aker Solutions from January 2010 to December 2011, and as Legal Counsel at Rio Tinto Alcan from September 2005 to August 2009. Maxime holds a Master's degree in International Business Law from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, completed in 2005.
