Moussa Zaghdoud

Moussa Zaghdoud is the inventor of Rainbow and has been responsible for the development, operations and go-to-market of the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise cloud solutions. Prior to this he was the director of Innovation and Unified Communications and Collaboration. He also founded two cloud startups providing virtual call center services and artificial intelligence-based predictive routing services to enterprises.
