Amy Natasha Osteen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. As Co-Founder and CEO of Unified Law Group, PB LLC since September 2022, Osteen delivers innovative legal solutions by integrating expertise in corporate law, finance, and technology. Currently serving as General Counsel for Alcatraz AI since January 2024, Osteen oversees legal and regulatory strategies for AI facial authentication technology. Previously, Osteen held key legal roles, including Chief Legal Officer at Rug Doctor and General Counsel at Zimbra, where responsibilities included risk management and corporate compliance. Osteen’s legal career began at ORIX USA Corporation as Associate General Counsel, specializing in financial services. Osteen holds a Doctor of Law (JD) in Intellectual Property Law from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of North Texas.
