Vinay Patel

Vinay joined Alcentra in March 2020 and serves as the Head of Finance and serves as an Executive Director of Alcentra Limited. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial, regulatory and tax reporting for Alcentra. Prior to this (since November 2016) he served as Alcentra’s Financial Controller.

Previously, Vinay spent 7 years at KPMG in the Cayman Islands and London audit practice, working with a range of traditional and alternative asset managers.

Vinay graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BSc(Hons) in Accounting and Finance and is also a member of the ICAEW.
