Dr. Valentin Schellhaas

Dr. Valentin Schellhaas has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2005 as an intern for Siemens Management Consulting and BBDO Consulting. In 2006, they joined Bain & Company as a Manager and Case Team Leader. From 2014 to 2016, Dr. Schellhaas was the Chief Marketing Officer (Group) for Westwing Home & Living. In 2016 they took on the role of Managing Director Consumer Business for Experteer. In 2017, they were part of the Founder Programme for Zinc. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO of zentor GmbH. Since 2019, they have been a Coach, Mentor, and Selection Judge for Alchemist Accelerator, as well as a Senior Advisor for OMMAX - Digital Solutions.

Dr. Valentin Schellhaas received their Dr. phil. in Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2010. Prior to that, they earned their Master in Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2006. In 2003, they completed a semester abroad in Psychology at Universitat de Barcelona.
