Iris Charabi has been working as a professional in the field since 1999. Iris began their career as a Visual Artist, creating interactive video installations and drawings. Iris has exhibited locally and nationally and has attended prestigious local art residencies. In 2010, they became a Certified Professional Co-Active Life & Career Coach (CTI). From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an Executive Coach at Venture Greenhouse and a Leadership Coach/Mentor at Gateway Accelerator. Since 2015, they have been a Mentor and Leadership Coach at both Alchemist Accelerator and The Founder Institute, helping executives to develop leadership skills, practice productive communication and negotiation skills, and become authentic and influential speakers.
Iris Charabi received their Master of Fine Arts (MFA) from the California College of the Arts in 2007, where they studied Media Arts. Iris then obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the San Francisco Art Institute in 1999, where they studied Sculpture. In 2014, they obtained their Certification in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from UC Berkeley. In 2013, they became an Associate Certified Coach - ACC from the ICF International Coach Federation. In 2011, they became a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). In 2017, they obtained their EQ Practitioner Certification from Six Seconds. Iris is currently engaged in independent course work - Leadership at Stanford Continuing Studies and ORSC Fundamentals: an Introduction to Relationship Systems Coaching at CRR Global.
