Michia Rohrssen

Michia Rohrssen has an extensive work experience spanning from 2008 to 2021. In 2008, Michia founded Ultimate Defense System LLC. From 2010 to 2011, Michia worked at Motley Rice LLC as a Web Marketing Specialist, where they implemented national advertising campaigns, increased web traffic by 116%, achieved 17 new high competition top 10 rankings, and increased conversion rates by 200%. From 2011 to 2014, Michia worked at Outdoor Living Inc as Web Marketing Director, where they grew sales by 400%, consolidated over 500 domain names, and achieved 23 new high competition top 10 rankings. From 2014 to 2015, Michia worked at VentureBeat as Head of Growth, where they lead growth and digital marketing for all VB brands, created and implemented an analytics system, and built a funnel system to engage readers and convert to buyers. From 2015 to 2021, Michia worked at Prodigy and Alchemist Accelerator as Co-Founder, CEO and Partner respectively. At Prodigy, Michia worked towards making people love buying cars as much as they love driving them. At Alchemist Accelerator, Michia mentored some of the world's greatest startups on go to market strategy, unlocking profitable growth channels and scaling beyond. In 2021, Michia joined Upstart as VP and GM of Upstart Auto Retail.

Michia Rohrssen attended Charleston Southern University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science. In 2015, they attended Stanford University, but did not pursue a degree.
