Mike Jones

Mike Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mike started their career as an Infantry Officer in the US Marine Corps from September 2001 to January 2005. After that, they worked as a Strategic Business Development Analyst at 3M from July 2007 to March 2010. Mike then transitioned to the role of Marketing Supervisor in the Home Care Division of 3M from March 2010 to January 2011.

In 2009, Mike co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of WKJ Fitness, a CrossFit business with four locations in the Twin Cities. Mike successfully grew the company and sold it in 2018, with all locations continuing to thrive under new ownership.

Mike later joined Alchemy 365 in November 2014, where they served as a Co-Founder and Board Member. Mike also held the position of Chief Executive Officer & Integrator, playing a vital role in the company's operations until November 2020.

In March 2021, Mike became the Integrator & Owner of Wandertest Rapid COVID Testing. Under their leadership, the company quickly established itself as the only Rapid COVID Testing Site at MSP Airport and achieved a testing volume of over $5 million ARR within six months. Mike'stenure with the company will end in December 2022.

Currently, Mike is working as a Fractional Integrator and Growth Coach at William Charlotte, starting in March 2022.

Mike Jones earned their B.B.A in Business Administration from Roanoke College, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. Mike later pursued an MBA degree from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2005 to 2007. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Professional Integrator Mastery Forum Member from EOS Worldwide in June 2023.
