William Wells has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. William has held various positions in different companies, showcasing their expertise in project management, technical leadership, and customer service.

From December 2009 to March 2011, William worked as a Systems Engineer for Cisco Systems at K&J Consulting Services, Inc., where they focused on maintaining, installing, configuring, and standardizing hardware for data centers.

In 2009, William served as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager at LAN/WAN Professional, where they designed and configured complex network environments and managed project objectives and timelines.

William has also completed additional training courses, including "Scrum: The Basics" and "Becoming a Triple-Threat Project Manager" from LinkedIn in 2019 and 2016 respectively, as well as "Microsoft® Project 2013 Essential Training" from LinkedIn in 2016. In 2005, they obtained the ITIL Foundations certification from APMG International.
