Hetal Soni is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Alchemy Group since September 2021, Hetal previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Republic World from September 2020 to September 2021 and held a position in Human Resources at Media & Entertainment from July 2016 to May 2019. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Development from NMIMS CDOE (2018-2020) and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Mumbai (2018-2019), complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Markets from Nagindas Khandwala College (2013-2016) and prior HSC and SSC education.
