Bill spent 28 years in the U.S. Navy and is passionate about learning and making technology accessible to organizations and individuals. He is responsible for day-to-day operations, preserving Alchemy’s people-first culture, and guiding the success of Alchemy customers. Bill’s deep commitment to building enduring professional relationships is reflected in his advocacy of Alchemy core values, talent development, and teamwork.

Bill received a master’s degree from the U.S. Army War College and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from East Carolina University.
