Mary Williams is a professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Mary currently works as a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager at ALCIVIA. Previously, Mary held the position of QA & Regulatory Affairs at Land O'Lakes, Inc. where Mary led Regulatory Affairs, Licensee, and Joint Ventures. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Food Science and Public Service and Administration in Agriculture from Iowa State University. Mary also studied Agricultural Chemistry during their junior year at the University of Glasgow.
