Phillip Bernick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at EAM Masters, LLC since March 2023, Phillip brings a wealth of knowledge from a lengthy tenure at Alcoa, where involvement began in January 2001. In the role of Senior Compliance Coordinator, Phillip is responsible for managing compliance and regulatory issues for APGI - Warrick, ensuring adherence to FERC, NERC, and RFC Reliability Standards.
