Tammi A. Jones

Tammi A. Jones is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Alcoa Corporation, focusing on all aspects of human resource management, including talent and recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development and labor relations. She leads a global team of HR professionals in 10 countries. Tammi is also a member of the Alcoa Executive Team, responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Company.

Previously, Tammi served as Vice President, Compensation and Benefits, leading the global compensation and benefits function in the planning, design, and administration of the Company’s global compensation and benefits programs, as well as overseeing the human resources aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Earlier, she served as Director, Organizational Effectiveness, developing comprehensive organizational change strategies to enable successful execution of the business strategy and change programs. She also established the Company’s privacy office in response to the implementation of GDPR.

Tammi joined Alcoa Inc. in 2006 as HR Director, UK & Ireland for the Building & Construction and has served in a variety of HR positions over the course of her Alcoa career, including HR Director, Europe Building & Construction, HR Director for Alcoa Wheels and Transportation Products, and HR Director, Aluminum.

Prior to joining Alcoa, Tammi held various progressive HR roles with Basell Polyolefins and Network Rail.

Tammi is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Strategy (2004) and a Global Master’s in Business Administration from Manchester Business School (2010).
