Rashmi Kullu

Rashmi Kullu serves as the Assistant General Manager - HR at Tega Industries since February 2022, building on extensive experience in human resources. Previously, Rashmi held various roles at Hindustan Unilever Limited from July 2008 to February 2019, including Learning & Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading Learning and Development for the Supply Chain function across India. Rashmi also managed mid-leadership and leadership level hiring as a Senior Recruitment Executive and drove capability building initiatives as Snr Executive HR/L&D Lead. Additionally, as an HR Partner, Rashmi oversaw HR operations for the East branch, managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management for a workforce of over 400 employees. Rashmi Kullu is an alumnus of the Xavier Institute of Social Service.
