Tarrah D'Arenzo

Tarrah D'Arenzo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, policy, and public health. Currently, Tarrah serves as the Director of Strategy and Policy at Alcoa since August 2021. Prior to this, Tarrah worked as a Contact Investigator for the Institute for Public Health Innovation, contributing to COVID-19 containment efforts. Tarrah's notable tenure at Newmont Mining Corporation spanned a decade, during which Tarrah held several leadership positions, including Director of Strategy and Execution for South America, Director of Global Government Relations, Chief of Staff for Sustainability & External Relations, and Manager of Enterprise Programs. Tarrah began the career at McKinsey & Company as a Knowledge Specialist focused on strategic issues. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish/Business and International Affairs from Sweet Briar College and a Master's degree in Global Policy from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
