Julia Selker

Julia Selker currently serves as the Executive Director of the WATT Coalition, focused on advocating for policies that support the deployment of Grid-Enhancing Technologies to aid the clean energy transition. Prior to this, Julia held the positions of Director of Policy and Strategy and Chief Operating Officer at Grid Strategies LLC, starting with the company when it had only two employees. Additionally, Julia has experience as a Policy Manager and Communications Associate at the Business Council for Sustainable Energy, where efforts included supporting sustainable energy policy goals through various communications strategies. Previous roles also include positions at The Faraday Grid, the U.S. House of Representatives, Miller Maxfield, IndieBio, and The Bulleit Group, emphasizing a diverse background in communications and policy within the energy sector. Julia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Reed College.
