Caroline Lee is an experienced operations manager with a comprehensive background in the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Victorian Operations Manager- Delivery at ABN Group since November 2021, Caroline previously held the position of Operations Manager and Workflow Manager at Homebuyers Centre, where responsibilities included leading the Admin Team and optimizing pre-construction processes. Caroline has also contributed as the Prestart Team Leader at Boutique Homes and as the Projects Team Leader at Miele ANZ, overseeing a team of Project Coordinators and enhancing operational efficiency.
