Shruti Joshi

Shruti Joshi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory and corporate law. Currently serving as Counsel at The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario since May 2022, Shruti previously held the position of Legal Counsel at Mazooma from October 2020 to May 2022. Prior roles include Legal Counsel and Student-at-Law at the Ontario Securities Commission from August 2018 to April 2020. Shruti holds a Juris Doctor degree from both the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Additionally, a Master of Arts in Globalization and International Development was earned from the University of Ottawa, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western University.
