David Simms has extensive experience in management and operations within the alcohol industry, currently serving as the SHE & Facilities Manager at Alcohols Limited since August 2015. David has held various roles at the company, including Projects & Facilities Manager, Distillery Manager, Depot Manager, Assistant Site Manager, and Chemical Process Operator. Prior to this position, David worked at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts as a Bar/Caterer from April 2012 to August 2015. David's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Moving Image Production from Leeds Metropolitan University, a City and Guilds Process Plant Technology Level 2 from Middlesborough College, and multiple NEBOSH certifications, enhancing capabilities in safety, health, and environmental management.
