Annie Sandell is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as the Director of Global HR Excellence at Alcon, Annie leads a multi-year global HR transformation initiative focused on aligning HR with business strategy and optimizing employee lifecycle processes.
