Niki Johnson

Niki Johnson, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over two decades of experience in human resources systems, currently serving as Sr Director of Human Resources Systems at University Health KC since February 2020. Prior to this role, Niki held positions such as Director of Human Resources Systems at University Health KC and Business Process Manager for Global HR Systems at Stryker. Niki's career includes significant roles at Iron Mountain, where responsibilities spanned from Global Process Solutions Partner/Manager in Workforce Administration to Senior HR Operations Analyst. Niki also worked at Victory Personnel Services, Dairy Farmers of America, Truman Medical Centers, DST Output, DST Systems, and Butler Manufacturing Company. Niki obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Washburn University between 1996 and 1999.
