Cynthia Harris

Cynthia Harris is an accomplished professional in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, currently serving as the Vice President and Global Head of Manufacturing Science and Technology (MS&T) at Alcon, a Novartis company, since March 2012. Prior to this role, Cynthia held the position of Vice President and Global Head of R&D Quality Assurance at CIBA Vision, also a Novartis company, from August 2010 to March 2012. Cynthia's experience includes significant leadership roles at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Operations and Director of Manufacturing, as well as serving as Manufacturing Department Head at CooperVision from January 2001 to September 2005. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
