H Y is an experienced professional in the materials and chemicals industry, currently serving as Associate Director at Alcon since August 2022, where leadership involves developing next-generation intraocular lens materials and delivery devices while managing talent acquisition and development. Previously, H Y held the position of Sr Project Manager at Ascend Performance Materials from January 2019 to July 2022, focusing on the development of specialty chemical products and process improvement.
