Junho Choi is currently the Country Franchise Head Surgical & Country Manager at Alcon, bringing a wealth of experience from various leadership roles across the life sciences and consumer goods industries. With a strong growth mindset and a proven track record in change management, Junho has demonstrated the ability to accelerate business performance by identifying key drivers and executing strategic plans. Prior to Alcon, Junho held several pivotal positions, including Country General Manager at Virbac and Country Head at Novartis. They obtained an MBA in International Business from The George Washington University.
