Kim Dial

Kim Dial has extensive experience in supply chain management and quality assurance at Alcon, serving multiple roles since 1996. Currently, Kim holds the position of Director, Global Clinical Supplies Management and Global S&OP Franchise Head - Surgical, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of Global S&OP processes for a $2.2 billion portion of the business, optimizing planning activities, and driving lifecycle management processes. Previous positions include S&OP Head of Americas and Asia/Pacific, Manager of Global Supply Chain, and various QA roles where achievements include compliance management and process optimization. Kim holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Texas Christian University and a BS in Biology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
