LaChelle Arredondo, PhD, has extensive experience in clinical operations and trial management within the medical device and surgical fields. Currently serving as the Head of Surgical Trial Management Operations at Alcon, LaChelle has previously held prominent roles including Senior Director of Worldwide Clinical Operations at Johnson & Johnson Medical Device Companies, Clinical Research Director at Medtronic, and Director of Clinical Operations at Johnson & Johnson Vision. Earlier career positions include Global Clinical Site Developer and Senior Regional Manager for North Central US at Alcon, as well as Assistant Director of Surgical Products Clinical Trial Management.
