Malgorzata Trabik

Malgorzata Trabik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT project management and SAP service operations, currently serving as Associate Director of SAP Service Operations for EMEA at Alcon since February 2020. Trabik leads a diverse team responsible for the management and support of SAP global applications, focusing on data analysis, critical incident management, and KPI reporting. Prior roles include IT Project Manager at Bosch, managing SAP Data Management Solutions, and SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Project Manager at Whirlpool EMEA, overseeing large-scale implementations across multiple SAP modules. Trabik's career also includes significant positions at Citi, MeadWestvaco, Provident Polska, RBS Markets and International Banking, and IBM, demonstrating a strong track record in leadership, project coordination, and financial process optimization. Trabik holds a Master’s degree in International Economic and Political Relations from Krakow University of Economics.
