Matthew Lanoue

Matthew L. currently serves as Senior Mechanical Engineer II at Alcon since August 2022, following a role as Senior Mechanical Engineer at Abbott from May 2021 to July 2022. Prior experience includes work as a Development Quality Engineer and processing 15,000 COVID-19 samples weekly as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in early 2021. Matthew's background also includes significant academic involvement at the Florida Institute of Technology, where responsibilities ranged from Teaching Assistant, enhancing students' learning experiences, to Lab Manager, where collaboration on research manuscripts and optimization of laboratory procedures occurred. Matthew holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from the Florida Institute of Technology.
