Naga Rameswamy has extensive work experience in the healthcare and technology industries. They currently hold the position of Vice President & Global Head - Digital Health Technology at Alcon since September 2023. Prior to Alcon, they worked at GE Healthcare for many years, holding various roles of increasing responsibility. These include VP of Digital Engineering from August 2021 to September 2023, Senior Director in Digital Platforms & Solutions Engineering from January 2019 to August 2021, Senior Director in Connectivity and Remote Services Engineering from January 2016 to December 2018, Director in USA Service Technology Programs & Operations from January 2013 to December 2015, and IT Director in Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Research from an unknown start date to December 2012. They also served as a Lead Architect in Software Engineering / Enterprise IT at GE Healthcare from October 2003 to an unknown end date. Throughout their career, Naga Rameswamy has contributed to various initiatives such as digital transformation, connectivity solutions, and IT system improvements.

Naga Rameswamy holds a Chief Product Officer - Executive Scholar degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management (2022-2023). Naga also has a Masters degree in Healthcare Technologies Management from Marquette University (completed in 2012). Additionally, they completed the GE Business Leadership Program (BLP) with a focus on Lean & Business Strategy at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2020. Naga Rameswamy earned a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management (2018). Naga completed their Masters in Technology Management from the University of Maryland (obtained in 2003) and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras.
