Nic Grillo

Nic Grillo possesses extensive experience in sales and leadership across various industries, notably in medical device and wine sales. Starting as a Sales Representative at Gallo Wine Company, Grillo achieved the distinction of being the top sales representative before transitioning to Teleflex Medical as a Surgical Sales Representative, where success in sales contests and quota achievement was demonstrated. Utilizing skills in ophthalmic sales, Grillo excelled at Iridex and spent over a decade at Alcon, achieving multiple accolades for exceeding sales quotas and winning incentive trips. Currently, Grillo serves as a National Surgical Retina Consultant at Alcon, and holds positions on the boards of both Klondike Canyon Landslide Abatement District and the City of Rancho Palos Verdes, engaging in infrastructure management initiatives. Grillo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business with a focus on Wine and Viticulture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
