Nikhil Kaushik

Nikhil Kaushik is a seasoned professional in the field of data engineering and management, currently serving as the Director of Data Engineering and Data Management at Alcon. Previously, Nikhil held the position of Enterprise Architect at Alcon/Novartis and served as a Development Manager and Solution Architect at Alcon, specializing in US Back-Office Systems. Nikhil began their career as a Solutions Architect at Ciba Vision/Novartis, which was subsequently acquired by Alcon. Nikhil earned a Master’s degree in Electrical and Control Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani during 1996-1997.
