Roger Lopez

Roger Lopez has extensive leadership experience in the eye care industry, currently serving as President of the International Vision Care Business at Alcon since January 2019, overseeing a multi-billion dollar business across Europe, Asia, and Latin America with full P&L accountability. Prior roles at Alcon include President of the International Surgical Business and President and Representative Director in Japan. Lopez's career at Novartis spanned over 24 years, during which time Roger held several leadership positions, including President of ALCON Japan and Vice President roles in Emerging Growth Markets and various Asian clusters. An alumnus of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and Harvard Business School, Lopez has also completed an MBA and participated in executive programs focusing on digital transformation.
